Let's meet! We schedule a site review for a more thorough session to verify your scope of work. (New construction will meet in your existing home or our studio.) Then we present the initial proposal and contract tailored for your project, with a preliminary soft furnishings budget.

The fine details presented in two phases of our design process covering space planning + millwork layouts, furniture plans, renderings, mood boards, and full material selections.

PHASE I: Renovation/Construction Design: Collaboratively space planning the form + flow of the desired layout while planning the bespoke concepts of your project from millwork, to lighting, tile, and architectural details.

PHASE II: Soft Furnishing Design: Furniture planning, selecting soft furnishings from the furniture to window treatments to final styling.

Management of the various trades on site for all custom millwork and materials installation, as well as plumbing/electrical placement. Then all products are received and held until ready for implementation. Walk through. Punch list. Final. Turn the key, you're home.
